Come in, or call first — either works.

Walk-ins are seen whenever there is a gap. Booking ahead simply means the gap is already yours.

Getting here

Three ways in, all of them short.

  • From Kalanki

Any Thankot-bound bus or micro along the Tribhuvan Highway. Get down at Thankot and we are a short walk from the main chowk.

  • From Naikap & Satungal

Ten to fifteen minutes west along the highway. Parking for two-wheelers is available directly outside the clinic.

  • From Chandragiri Hills

Down towards the highway junction, then east. If you reach the checkpoint you have gone slightly too far.

Dental emergency

Severe pain, swelling or a knocked-out tooth?

Call before you travel. A knocked-out adult tooth can often be saved if it reaches us within the hour — keep it in milk, hold it by the crown, and ring on the way.

Common questions

The things people ask before booking.

If yours is not here, phone the clinic — we would rather answer it now than have you put off the visit.

  • Walk-ins are welcome and we will always try to see you, but booking ahead means far less waiting. For emergencies, call first on 9868456929 so we can prepare before you arrive.

  • The pain you arrive with is almost always worse than the treatment. The tooth is fully numbed before we begin, and most patients describe it as no different from having a filling done.

  • We tell you the cost before we start, not after. Fees depend on what the tooth actually needs, so we examine first, explain the options at different price points, and let you decide.

  • Once every six months for most people. If you smoke, have gum disease, diabetes or a history of frequent decay, we may suggest every three to four months.

  • Routine cleaning and urgent care are safe, and the second trimester is usually the most comfortable time. Tell us you are pregnant at the start so we can adjust the treatment plan and avoid unnecessary X-rays.

  • By the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits are short and friendly — the point is to make the clinic feel ordinary rather than frightening.
